Ok experts, can you tell me which tractor has the same frame as a YM2020? I need to change my FEL from my YM1700 to the YM2020 and there is no bracket listed for it. I can do it by modifying the existing brackets but I'm lazy and would like to find a bracket kit that will fit. Is a YM2002 any where near the same frame???

Thanks
Eddie

Eddie,

Do you mean are the threaded bosses under the transmission and at the side of the engine block the same? Or are you asking about the length and width of the frame? Sorry, I don't have the answer but I would think the thread locations would dictate the loader's ability to interchange.

I guess that's what I'm asking. I know the YM1700 and the YM2000 use the same mounting kit. Which means the bolt holes under the bottom and the ones on the side are the same.

I'm just wondering if the YM2002 and the YM2020 might have the same bolt holes.

No the 2002 and 2020 do not have the same, but the 2020 and 2010 share the same mount.

which loader do you have. koyker list a 120, 140, 160 as a match for the 2020 so there must be mounting brakets for these.

Have a Great Bend 220. I can modify the mounting brackets that I have and make them work, I was just trying to do it the easy way.

Go with the lightest loader if you do not have power-steering, probably a 120, although the 140 is a lighter version of a 160 and works well and gives added lift capacity. Even so, a 120 with a 48" bucket will be a nice package. The 120 is plenty strong.

If you can get someone to answer some questions at Great Bend, see if a loader for a US model YM276 doesn't match. If they will measure the mount points you might get by that way.
The 2020 is a big frame tractor and it just might match.

Thanks, that's a thought. I'll give them a call and see what information they might have. Wonder if there might be a John Deere equivilent to the YM2020.

John Deere didn't use the transmission you have. I doubt you will get much help there.
