I pulled my trailer out for the first time last night.I it parked on boards.Idont know what happened ,but when i got it down by the garage to unload my sled for service ,i noticed both tires were flat and off the rims.Im assuming they must have been froze ,im not sure. They were brand new last winter. One machine [mine ]was on the trailer most of the summer, but i never noticed them to be flat
DO I
1]thaw them in the garage, put a strap on them and re inflate them.If so will dish soap re seal the beads.
2] buy tubes for them
3]just replace them.

if they are cracked, or otherwise visibly mangled, I would replace them, otherwise warm them back up and fill them with air.

as cheap i may be, I would just try option 1 first. If it doesnt work then tubes. Since you mentioned it was brand new last year, no need to waste new tires. chances are there was low air and moving it popped the bead seat.
