Bought this to help clear our lot during construction. Don’t have a need for it now, so I’d like to see it go to someone who will put it to good use. Knives are in perfect shape, chips like a champ.

Chipper is located in SE Pa near Philadelphia.

$1800

I left my phone on top of my smoker. Pics have been fuzzy ever since. I’ll use my wife’s phone to take a few more. And yes, it is most certainly a Wallenstein.

Exactly what I'm looknig for, but the shipping to BC Canada would prohibit me from purchase. (uggh)
Great Deal

I accidentally smoked a wrist watch once (smelled like BBQ for years after) but never a phone!

I have this same chipper and it's been great. I should actually go up a size, since I bought the BX-42 for a smaller tractor, but for my use it's still OK. I think I paid about $2700 new. The cost has gone up since then. I think a low hour used unit like this could probably fetch $2200 or more. Problem is you'll need to find a buyer who appreciates a genuine Wallenstein. The Chinese knockoffs have been prolific. And several other US/Canadian companies have copied the design and get them made offshore.

Whenever you see a chipper with this design arrangement -- look at the angled feed hopper, the scroll housing for the flywheel, the exhaust chute, the skids, and the 3-point yoke -- it's either a Wallenstein or a copy of a Wallenstein. Chipper brands that came up with their own original design will look different in several ways, but the combination of all the characteristics seen in photos here goes back to Wallenstein.

I had a BX42S for eight years. Fantastic chipper. You are selling it at bargain basement prices also.
