I have a NOS subframe for the grand L 40 series that fits the BH90 or 92 backhoe. The main components are there and some of the other bracketry, you may need additional brackets depending on model and if it's a cab or rops model.
I do have a box of hardware for it also, these were stored outside at the dealer and has some fading/rust in a few spots but all cosmetic.
You can look through diagrams on German bliss or messicks to see what brackets you need based on your model.
You can also use the cab model extension brackets to adapt other models of backhoes to your tractor (that is what I did on my L3240)
