When the snow flies, I remove the 210 loader from my 2210 tractor and store it in the shed until spring (which happens to be the first week of March this year ..
Over the winter, the lift pistons creep out and the mounting brackets end up on the floor. I then have to jack it up high enough to drive under the arms. Apparently jacking it up pressurizes the hoses and I have a hard time connecting the quick connects.
I was thinking of attaching a ratcheting load strap from the parking stand to the front crossbar to keep the cylinders from retracting. There is no oil leaking externally from the cylinders, so it must be internal shifting of the oil.
Any suggestions?
