tilled up whole fornt part of proerty with B2320 and LPRTR0550

well fall is here and i decided it was time to try and get some grass to grow on the front part of our property. Im not looking for fancy manicured grass just grass.
The B2320 did great as did the tiller! I did almost stall the tractor twice i didnt have the rpms high enough and i hit a very large tree root. good thing my foot was in the clutch...

I have about an acre to lime fertilize and seed. I do not have a 3point spreader but i can rent one for 65bucks. is it worth it to rent or should i get a walk behind spreader?

I have about 2 acres of lawn and have always used a tow behind attached to my lawn tractor for spreading. I have a 3 point that doesn't get much use because it doesn't seem worth it for an acre depending on how heavy you will be spreading the lime. I also have a 3 point but use that only for jobs larger than our lawn and smaller than where I want to run over to the main farm and get our 10 ton spreader.
