I have a BX2200 and the Kubota 48" Tiller. It works great, I just used it again this weekend. I am not sure of the price difference, but I know that the Kubota is very well made. The KK stuff (although most here have been happy with), has never really impressed me in terms of quality.
And of course the Kubota tiller matches...
:D

I used to run a small Bush-Hog tiller on a BX2200. I think it was 42", but i don't think you will have any trouble with a 48". I wouldn't going any larger than 48".

My Kubota B7510HST handled a $300 used Yanmar RS-1200 rototiller (4-ft wide) with no problem.

I had a hard time justifying the price of a new 4ft rototiller when I only needed it for landscaping around my new house and to till the veg garden.

i was looking at the caroni at agrisupply looks like a
good deal.(1200.00 delivered) the 6.5" offset makes me leary my trailer is
52" wide inside to inside and with it offset like that i may
not be able to load it, wish you could get it with out offset.

I run a KKII 48" gear drive on the BX2350 which is comparible to your 2200. No problems to report, works fantastic. The 2200 should have no problem with a 48"-50" Tiller.

Sheesh jc, how did you wash your tractor in the middle of tilling??:D

Seriously, did the field look like the wildflowers in the background? Nice work...

I'm teetering on the edge of buying a LandPride tiller myself for my BX, these pictures aren't helping.

The tiller will also work on my BX23.
