I built the form on Saturday and Sunday made a run to Home Depot for 42 bags of premix. Turns out I underestimated and ran somewhat short so had to do another trip Monday night to get some more. The stairs form is all poured now and the concrete is setting up good.

When I checked this morning I found some little indentations in the concrete - one of the neighborhood cats must have decided to leave his calling card overnight.

Last shot of the forms filled with concrete. Just in case anybody asks how this relates to the tractor - I used the tractor to carry the concrete bags from the trailer to where I was mixing, I used the tractor to carry the cement mixer from the shed out back to the front, I also used the tractor to carry the rocks from my big pile out back to front ( I used stones as fill in the pour so I would save a little on concrete)
