The tractor (DX29 Case)

The old Cadet, sometimes the big Cadet (109/129 IH)

The new Cadet, sometimes the little Cadet (1250 Cub Cadet)

The mower (JX75 John Deere)

No proper names as such, just descriptive.

Dad's Old Ford tractor was "Babe" - I saw someone else had that from the same origin
His new JD is the "MGM" - Mean Green Machine
I saw someone post about their Kubota somewhere else - "Obi One Kabota"... thought that was clever.
I haven't named mine yet... it's small and angry... Wife calls it the "lil' monster"...
I just look at her (have determined the sex, even though there is in fact a mid-PTO, to be female) and smile.

I haven't figured out what my new Farmall's name is yet. I've been calling him Big Red but I'm guessing that name has been hung on half the Farmall's over time. And probably some Masseys, etc.

There was this same thread a couple of years back.
At that time I decided to name my B-2910
Tug Bota Annie:)
But I seldom call (it ) by name.

How many of you "youngsters" know where that name came from?

Gotrocks, I see you were watching tv in the 50's.

I remember in that old thread someone named their tractor "Obi Wan" (Kubota), I thought that was pretty clever.
