Transmission help needed for 1967 Ford 4110 LCG with 201ci gas.

Hello, I have a 1967 Ford 4110 LCG with the gas 201ci engine and it originally was built with the SOS transmission. Somewhere between 1967 and 2005 someone installed a different transmission into it. The new transmission has a HI/LO option and 3 forward gears if you shift up and one reverse gear if you pull down on the shifter straight down towards the seat. I cant find this shift pattern anywhere. Could I be missing another reverse gear down and left???? The transmission has C7NN 7006AR stamped on the side. I am going to rebuild the engine and install a new clutch at the same time but I have no Idea what transmission I have. Any advice would be amazing!

Do you have a dog leg shifter on the left side of the tractor that you change ranges with?

Yes it has two sticks. One gear shift and second is HI/LO

Are the numbers on the side of the transmission any help in positively identifying the model of transmission? I searched them online and couldn't find a cross reference anywhere.

If I am pulling my ripper in hard clay and need slow and low, I put the tractor in Low range and shift straight up the middle to what I though was 1st??? If I shift up and left its to fast.

Its almost like its a 4x4 not a 6. I am at a loss.

I found this after searching for hours on the internet and my low gear up the middle makes sense after finding this.

It is a 6x4 transmission and you should be able to find the other R, unless the shifter is jammed. BTW, the number you gave is a casting number and won't tell anything except the basic year it was designed.
Look on the transmission bell housing for the true model number, the serial number and the date code. The true model number identifies what transmission it is, but I think you have done that already.
