I have a monolithic pour that is several years old and have decided to seal the edges of the pour where my building sits on the pad. I found a concrete sealer called UGL DRYLOK. MY question to you guys is this a good idea or bad idea. I'm going to put two coats on like the container says. I want to protect my sill plates even though I have the sill sealer under the 2x4's. I have not done this before so I'm asking for your knowledge. I have cleaned the dirt off and will spary with water to make sure it's clean and after it dries I will paint it on. Your ideas please. Is this a good thing to do or just a waste of time. Thanks.

I noticed a big difference in how dry our basment was. I used it while also making sure the gutters ran in the right direction and were long enough. But I have been very happy with the product.
