Rolling a lawn last week and put the boss's kubota in the water. Estimate is 4 grand. 1 connecting rod, scored cylinder and rings.

Its a 1550. I was driving along the edge of a pond and the roller slipped in and pulled the tractor in. Nothing I could do when the back tires hit the water I bailed out. My boss was pretty cool about it.

The roller is five feet wide, about 2ft tall and filled with cement. The owner of the property finished rolling the lawn with his bx2200. He stayed well clear of the pond

Can't help but think in this case lack of a ROPS and seat belt might have been an advantage.... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Glad all turned out OK...tractors can be repaired without too much pain...people can't most of the time...
