A set of new rims to replace the ones that had been in the ocean really made a difference. Starting on the button in the warmer weather. Still breathing crankcase fumes but I solved it by pipeing them into the oilbath air filter. Doesn't affect the running at all. Something to be said for the old technologies. As far as I can tell, as there is no oilyness in the intake hose, the gauze is filtering out a good part of the mist. I am keeping an eye on the oil level but so far I can't detect an increase. Has made operating a pleasure. I will do the rings in the winter though.
Combined with my 732 mower it makes a fine topping machine.
