you need to run it till warm to flash off any moisture in the engine oil.
if it was residual water from setting outside.. hopefully most of it went with the draining.
run straight water in the rad till you know more.. drain at night if in freezing weather. water inthe bearings is not as bad as coolant in the bearings!
i think I might be tempted to run a ounce or 2 of seafoam and some atf dex/merc3 inthe oil as well during this time.
