perrhaps the op would be better off giving more detail on what he plans to do with said tractor so the members of this site could give better insight if the tractor would be a good tractor or not. diamondpilot makes a good point

If the primary task is mowing and other chores typical of a 1-2 acre residential owner...good tractor.
Any more acreage or heavier tasks, probably too small.
Way to small for any serious work. For mowing the lawn and pushing a little snow it would probably be fine. IMHO something in the 35 horsepower range would serve you better.
One if the biggest repair items was the transmission coolant fan located underneath the tractor, where every single piece of debris would find its way up to hit it :-(
