Nothing complicated to it. I just dump my ashes in old wood piles scattered on my land.

I cut, split and burn about 3 - 4 cords a year at my place, but I'm gone a good bit over the winter. Too much snow and cold in the mountains.

I have a dry creek bed except for in the spring. My ashes go in there, then the neighbor benefits from the PH level in his marsh.

I'm not sure I would have put that info out for the world to see. EPA seems **** bent on forking with little guys about agricultural waste run off in watersheds. You SF guys were never shy about a fight though... Braver than me.
