You can...just don't get into name calling and such...stick to the facts of what your experience has been and what approaches you have taken to get problems resolved. Be aware that few people have any experience with a Foton.

There is a Victoria in Texas...is that where you are??

True debate (argument) is a wonderful freedom. Facts welcome, even perceptions. But no need to attack personally whether it be a person, race, country.

Exactly. Dealer/Brand bashing (no matter who the dealer or brand) is not allowed on this site.
Stick to the facts and cut out the hyperbole.

Australia methinks.

From the "Dealer Bashing and The Rules" sticky at the top of this forum:
When posting, please keep in mind the forum rules for posting located here.

Also note this applies to URLs you put in your signature, even if the link is to your personal web site.

Specifically about dealer bashing.....You have to be somewhat suspicious of the motivation of anyone who joins TBN simply to 'share' their horrible dealer or horrible brand story. While everything they type might be true, they are only posting their side of the story. While you might be thinking that's obvious, most people don't react like it is. Specific names of people and/or dealer can get the poster in a lot of trouble which is another reason it's not allowed. While this rule might not be typical of other, or most, discussion forums on the Internet, it's been the policy on TBN since TBN came online.

...and a good policy it is, IMO. I'm new to this site, and here because of the relative civility and maturity of the posts. :)

IMO,,Chinese tractors aren't of the same quality of the other brands. All Chinese tractor Dealers aren't created equal. IMO, When buying a Chinese tractor, one should research / investigate the Dealer thoroughly

Caveat Emptor - Let the Buyer Beware is among the oldest tenets of English and U.S. Common Law.

It is up to the buyer to perform due diligence prior to purchase.

It seems you made a bad purchase decision but now, rather than taking responsibility for your purchase, in your mind you are trying to evade that responsibility.

My advice is write it off, move on.
