When I converted my Unimog from 24V to 12V I bought a couple of Wiper Motors from JC Whitney. They worked Fine but only have a 90 Degree swing. It worked okay in the Unimog as I sat close to the window. Probably will work better mounted high so you get the widest part of the swing lower on the windscreen. I can't recall the brokerage fees to Canada.

i build an Cab for my Tractor an have also look around for an Wiper Motor and Wiper Arm and i finally chose one from Boat Parts Supplier.
the most of the Boat Wiper Motors have an adjustable Wiping Angle and this feature was very helpful to set the right angle for the small Window of my Cab,
in combination with an parallel two arm wiper it is possible to adjust the system to an bigger wiping area as with an simple wiper arm.
one more reason why i have chose this one was the two speed and the return to start feature.
maybe this can be helpful to find the right one
