Anime started in JAPAN. It goes back to 1959. Well before Kimba and the anime kids are use to today.

Who made these two famous in anime and began a trend world wide?

That's the best I can understand from the web site translators back into English. Yanmar has a rich history tied to the people and the land. This all goes back to the company founder.
