yanmar vio 50 excavator will not turn over

i just replaced relay safety solenoid but starter will not turn over. i jump the
solenoid and still nothing. whats next step.

Check for voltage with a volt meter. Harborfreight has them cheap if you don't have one. Should be 12volts to ground at the large cable on the starter solenoid. Could be dirty connections, bad cable, dead battery etc. When key is turned you should see 12volts on the small wire at the starter solenoid.

I have an older komatsu pc-40 and had a similar problem. It turned out there was a fusable link (a wire that is designed to burn out) that had burned out. It was a pain to figure out. I did a voltage drop test to find it. Check fuses if there are any.
