Thanks wmonroe! I should have got a bigger trailer,it was probably overloaded but last load and only had to go a mile. Normaly usually only haul 11...

No, it is a Cushion Coupler, made with Timbren rubber cushions bought it many years ago.

Not much better ride in the truck, big difference in the trailer. I had been doing some modifications to a living quarters horse trailer. The CC2 was delivered, hooked up the trailer, my wife drove a loop on the rough section line roads, while I sat in the back seat to feel how rough it rode. Got home, opened the trailer door to get a wrench and all of the tools and parts that had been up on the bed, had bounced off onto the floor. Put the stuff back up on the bed, removed the hitch, put on the CC2. She drove the same loop, same speed. I could still feel the potholes riding in the back seat, but could see the Timbrens flexing. Got home, opened the trailer door and everything was still up on the bed, nothing bounced off with the CC2 installed!

That happened in 2007, I ordered one for our 4 horse trailer at that time, used it until we sold the trailer, kept the hitch and put it on the flatbed, still using it now.

Polaris Ranger EV hauls the trailer!


The trailer hauled the EV home from the Polaris Dealer yesterday.

The 6K Torflex axle didn't even know that the 1700 pound EV was in the tilt bed! :laughing:
