My Bolens

My old Bolens 17 horse, hydra-stat drive has 42 in. Mower also 48 in. 2 stage snow blower. I rebuilt the Kohler (command series) engine in /03 it runs like a champion..we live 1/2 hour north of Ogdensburg NY so you know we get a good bit of snow. No problemo for the Bolens, can blow heavy snow 10 to 15 ft. Our laneway is about 360 ft running west to east so we always get strong north wind blowing drifts across it. Electric driveshaft pto, chain driven baler and 2nd stage blower.
Pros: Maintenance and repair are mostly easy to get at.
Cons: Should have more greaseable fittings.
