35DI Tafe
Tafe 35DI
Model Year: 0

I bought this tractor used from a friend for $600. The injector pump rebuild was $1,100. Now I have a very good tractor with only $1,700 invested in it. It is very dependable and does all I need it to do.

Pros: Great mid-range tractor
Cons: Finding parts like a temperature sensor is tough, I haven't found one yet that will fit

35DI Tafe
First and Maybe Last Tractor
Model Year: 1997

Never having owned a tractor before, I can't imagine another one doing a better job. I've put this tractor through the ringer. I bought a heavy duty bush hog and have kept up about 20 acres of clear cut where I planted 2000 oak trees. I've jumped stumps, gotten hung up on stumps, wedged between trees, plowed down small trees, gotten seriously stuck numerous times, run over hidden logs, tangled up in barb wire, and much more. The only thing I've fixed that wasn't something I tore off was an amp gauge. I'm beginning to think it's indestructible.

Pros: Great value.
Cons: Tie rod end boots are flimsy.

35DI Tafe
Tafe Tractor Well Worth the Price
Model Year: 2000

I bought this tractor not having a clue as to what it was, I was needing a small to mid-size tractor and stopped at tractor place in Dickson TN. and the owner told me this was a great little tractor and the previous owner had traded it in for a new Tafe. So I bought and and I have nothing but good things to say about it. 7 years and I've not had to do anything but change oil and fluids. So don't listen to the guys that work at the more well-known tractor places that should be working instead of sitting around and talking down certain tractors. They have little or no experience with. If you can get one of these tractor then I can highly recommend you do just that. Parts are plentiful. - Lee

Pros: Steering lift throttle power clutch handling.
Cons: Not enough dealers.
