Throttle Issue

I am new to tractors this is my first one. Any help on how to adjust the throttle it seems to stay to high and makes clutch grind when shifting?

Pros: Runs like a champ.
Cons: Doesn't like to shift gears.

Does everything I want it to do next one will be 4x4 is only thing missing.

Pros: Good cost and value.
Cons: None.
