Great Tractor!
Model Year: 1959

Great tractor, lots of power, easy to work on for the most part. Very stiff clutch is the only knock.

Pros: 5 speed, starts right up, runs smooth, easy to drive for a 54 year old.
Cons: Very stiff clutch.

Ford 801 Powermaster
Model Year: 1958

1958 Ford 801, 5 speed, power steering, live PTO, live hydraulic. Tested 48.6 HP at the drawbar at Nebraska. Easy to add aux hydraulic port. Has been very reliable for me.

Pros: Powerful, reliable yet economical to operate.
Cons: A bit noisy, and these tractors always seep a bit of hydraulic oil.

Old Ford Tractor
Model Year: 1955

Purchased for bush hogging and small food plots. Tractor works well. Looking to update for to a tractor with a loader bucket on the front. Tractor has been good and solid.

Pros: Simple and easy to work on, reliable.
Cons: Would like to have a loader and power steering.

1957 Ford 851
Model Year: 1957

Has started and run like a horse summer and winter (lower radiator hose heater)for 15 years with little or no maintenance. I have a hobby farm and work it in the woods and in the fields and don't expect to ever need another tractor. Parts are available everywhere and I can mechanically understand and maintain it myself.

Pros: simple and reliable
Cons: 2 wheel drive
