This 2016 4520R is my second Branson tractor. It is a great tractor for the money. \ I bought a new 43 horsepower 4 by 4 with a loader in 2001. I had to put a clutch in at about 400 hours. It was a problem I had caused myself, a roll pin that was backing out of the base of the shuttle. The transmission started grinding and instead of checking, I started adjusting the clutch causing premature wear. The 2016 is a much nicer tractor. I purchased it from Reed and Reed Equipment in Chatsworth Georgia. Great Experience.

Pros: Very strong, heavy built, 3-speed rear end, lots of standard equipment
Cons: Had a leaking power steering sector, but Branson repaired it promptly

4520 Branson w/BL20 Loader

This has been a great tractor. I have had no problems with it except sometimes it does not go into reverse the first time you try with the shuttle shift. Other than that it has been great. Wish the hydraulic pump had a little better flow but its been a great tractor in all other aspects.

Pros: Value, quality, features, 4x4 works great.
Cons: Hydraulic pump flow could be better.

Poor Factory Support

This tractor is a real workhorse. Overall built very well. Good hydraulics, comfortable controls, easy front loader on and off. The tractor has from day one had a fuel delivery problem, if at 1/2 a tank or less and on a side hill the delivery system sucks air and the engine dies. This is most prevalent when the fill neck is on the downhill side, so you can't add fuel. Branson has been aware of the problem yet fail to fix. This can result in a very unsafe situation. Factory support is all talk and no action at this point...for over a year.

Pros: Very strong tractor.
Cons: Poor fuel system and factory support.
