CUBLO-BOY Farmall
1958 Farmall Cub Lo-Boy
Model Year: 1958

Bought the Lo-Boy to plow snow. It does an excellent job as long as I keep tire chains on rear tires.

Pros: Dependable, fun to operate.
Cons: Can't pile snow high, so it has to be pushed way back to make room for the next storm.

CUBLO-BOY Farmall
Cub Lo Boy
Model Year: 1957

I got this one when my Cub Cadet of 15 years gave out. I needed something to plow the 900' drive and do light landscaping. This 12HP has never failed to get through the snow with the only thing being that I must use 2nd gear which is slower than I now want. I have the original bill of sale, photos of the fella I bought it from with me in it. I have a carry-all with original paint still on it. I am currently looking for maybe a 2620 Kubota with a bucket. This Lo Boy has 163 hrs on a meter I put on when I got it and old Ray said he thought it had maybe 50 hrs on the rebuild. A very simplistic machine built like a tank.

Pros: Reliably simple.
Cons: Slow.
