E18 Hinomoto
The Sub Compact the Could
Model Year: 1979

I am still learning all the E18 can do. Tractor has float control on the 3 point which is real nice when using the Indusco disc and Maschio tiller. It is a little weak to pull the disc, but it can easily pick it up, once I added weights from a big Ford tractor. Ford tractor was so big it had a cabin. I also modified the Ford weight bracket to fit on the E18. The Ford weight bracket added 83 lbs. I also used the Ford tractor weights, needed to pick up the Indusco disc. The tiller I use with the E18 is a 40 inch Maschio. It fits perfect to the tractor. Again the tiller is heavy duty and is very heavy. Tractor handles the tiller just fine. This tractor is perfect for my 2.5 acres. I am planning to grow a large garden once I figure out how to do it. This tractor will easily handle that task. I have a plow, I have not had a chance to see if it will pull it. It is a JD 14 in. I modified the 3 pt pins. Faced them inward to work. Also the Indusco Disc is a full 3 pt implement. The lift arms barely clear. I have 1.25 inch clearance on each side of lift arms. I had to modify the stabilizers to not move side to side. Otherwise the lift arms hit the tires.

Pros: All sorts of controls, strong 3 point.
Cons: Narrow, center of gravity high. Not good for hills. Needs sub compact implements 21 in. not 26 in.
