GRAVELYGMT9000 Gravely
Gravely
Model Year: 0

Really like my Gravely 9000, it has the 72" belly mower deck and rops bar. I've used it extensively this past summer and fall to mow with and move wood for the fire place. Bought a carry all from tractor supply for the 3 point hitch. I have also used it to tow my homemade towable back hoe to a nearby neighbors home where I put the back hoe to work digging a ditch approx. 250' long by 3 to 4 feet deep, then a storm shelter for myself. It is a pretty good tractor for it's age, but I would like to build a FEL for it soon. Almost forgot, I also bought a scraper blade for it really cheap at a salvage yard for scrap price. Works good.

Pros: Good tractor, starts every time, pulls good for a 2wd.
Cons: Not 4wd, no FEL yet, hydraulic tank too small, has a few hyd. leaks that I need to fix.

GRAVELYGMT9000 Gravely
My Ole Gravely 9000
Model Year: 1978

Okay folks, I purchased this Gravely 9000 from a fellow in Roanoke Va. this past summer (2011) for the purpose of attaching a back hoe attachment to it and maybe later a loader bucket. At the time I did not know much about tractors, especially Gravely's, except I had heard they made good products. I payed $1700.00 for the tractor and brought it home. It runs pretty well, and cuts grass okay, but it was not the beefed up tractor I was needing. So, being the optimist I am, I took the back hoe attachment I had and made a frame with wheels and all of a sudden I had a towable back hoe. Well maybe not all of a sudden, but I made it work for me and my needs.

Pros: It starts every time.
Cons: It needs a few things, oil seals, etc.
