I got a brand new GC1720 from Fosters in Texas. It has been fantastic on my first week. Everything works so far. I do have to press hydro for a second sometimes to get it out of neutral. The backhoe is STRONG. The front-end loader is unstoppable. Great tractor initially.

2015 GC1720TLB Buyer Beware (NOTE: WRONG PRODUCT)

Bought a New GC1720TLB in April of 2015. Here are a List of issues I've had and the horrible customer service I have received from Agco Massey Ferguson. From Day 1, unit had NO power...would not climb a hill with hoe and loader on (in low 4x4) High range could only be used on flat ground. Low range is weak and underpowered. Loader Joy stick linkage came apart in the first few hours of use.....had to fix myself in order to move unit. Fluid leaking from rear PTO housing....even though I have never used rear PTO. Weak loader lifting power....backhoe is only slightly better than a shovel. 5 Phone calls to Agco only to get the run around and be passed off to someone else....cant ever talk to someone who cares about their customers....worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dealer has had the tractor twice for repairs....I've been without it for weeks and was told its going to be a few more before its fixed.....what a JOKE of a tractor. Even if they fix it and make it right I wouldn't buy one of there for the customer service issues alone. Try and call them and see what you get. 877-525-4384

Very happy with the new Massey. Never owned anything bigger than a lawn tractor before, so I really can't compare it to anything. I tried a Kubota and a New Holland (about the same hp).The Massey seemed better to me. I will update my review after a few months of using the tractor.
Pros: Massey end of year rebate.
Cons: $2,250 for a mower deck.
