I mow 7.5 of our 20 acres with this zero turn and love to do it. Expensive for dealer repair, but do it yourself and save a bundle. Regular change of fluids and filters grease every month sharpen every year and you will rarely need to do more. Remember to drain gas at end of season. 48" just right for a tree filled yard.
Pros: Low maintenance.
