Safety Belt, For God Sake were your Seat Belts

I will be surprised if they don't find he had a medical condition such as heart attack before the accident.

However, that does not diminished the need or use of seat belts and other safety devices.

I was thinking about the med condition also, but who knows maybe it was just a bee! I never wear my seat belt around the yard but do if going down the road, these things are inherently unstable on the road especially at top speed towing/transporting. maybe I should start wearing mine more often.
I don't like that term "body car" that's enough to scare ya.

If I only taught my 13 year old son one thing, that was to ALWAYS wear your seatblt. We both wear a seatbelt 100% of the time. Even moving the tractor around the yard. Your only kidding yourself if you think it can't happen to you. I rolled our CAT 287 MTL this past Oct. and that was the last thing I had planned for the day!

95 percent is good until some thing happens during the 5 percent.

LBrown, thats the point I was trying to get across. That one time you don't have a seatbelt on could be the one and only time that you should have had it on. That 5% could get you killed.

Ugh, I used to think about that when roading open tractors on rough roads. You could get tossed around badly hitting bumps. I've hit the roof of my cab hard on a small bump travelling at full speed on the highway, I was lucky not to go off the road. You forget what having no suspension does on bumps you don't notice in the car.
