I took a while for my work schedule to allow me to get the rear headrest DVD install and bed liner, so I am just now getting the pictures of my new pickup posted. I hope these transmit well, doing it from a computer at work. I am happy if it is helpful to give my initial opinions on this truck and as I accumulate more miles, perhaps can compare it v. the current Ford diesel

Love the camper mirrors.

Looks life you got all the toys. Is it a LTZ, couldn't see.

As much as I like an 8 foot bed, it's tough to swing that behemoth around with the crew cab. It's about 22 ft long with the long bed and 20 with the standard. I have the standard and still have to be careful.

My only recomendation is not to trust thier navagation unit all the time. It has led me 30 to 45 minutes out of the way multiple times. You would think for the money it would work well.......But.....

Looks nice. What is that thing in the bed mounted near the tailgate?

My truck is the SLE, which is the GMC equivalent of the LTZ Chevrolet, though some agrue that the GMC SLE has an further upgraded interior. I also have the short, not the long bed. My poor photographic skills may have distorted the scale, but it is not a long bed truck. The navigation system has been updated with new software is reportedly now is accurate. We will see...As for the thing in the bed, it is a bike rack which is removable it is meant to haul my race bike, another thing which cost me too much money. I am including a picture of it for review, as well as the family on pickup day at the dealer and my notoriously steep driveway, which is almost 30% grade at the top. Imagine that in winter... Thanks.

Very nice. It looks like you have a spray in bedliner. I had one sprayed in mine after I got it. I love it. It's not so sticky that you can't slide things in and out, but it's not so slippery that things slide around.

That is a nice bike rack. Good looking family. The little girl reminds me of my little one.

Sorry to delete the bedline picture, the wife did not want to include a picture of our "needing to be cleaned" garage. If anyone wants another picture of the new bedliner (Line X)--let me know. Otherwise we will just pretend we saw it.

I have Line-X in my 07 Ram, still looks as good as the day it was sprayed.

Do you have a current Ford diesel to compare it to?

Good luck with it. Mine has been used like a truck for 32,000 miles and no problems except the seeping in the trans cooler lines.

Tell me you don't giggle everytime you put that Allison in gear or look at the 11.5" locker in the rear. ;)
