Sackettt (extra "t" because Sackett was taken) Ever read Louis L Amour? I have, several times and own all the books in Hardback.. Hmmm, another nick could be "book collector"
I don't read the complete board, and I only stumble across this post today, so here goes.
Well, for 20 years, I thought my name was little Johnny while I was growing up in an orphanage in S.C.. I joined the Navy and found out my name was John J. and of course a last name. Anyway, there a lot of Johns in the VP squadron/division, so my name was shorten to JJ. So TBN would only except J_J, and it became thus. My picture is there so you will know who you are talking to.
Very interesting thread . My given names robert , bob for short . I have a brother william 1 year older , of coarse bill for short .
Allthough we aint twins , mom & dad couldn,t keep are names straight for some reason & since I was nuts about cowboys , guns & wore a hat & boots all the time. Thats all I went by , growing up & it just stuck till even today .
Very few people even know my real name , even my wife & friends call me cowboy or cb . Allthough I have been called a few other choice names
Cowboy was taken here & since the 357 is my choice of guns . simple but stupid I recon. . Bob
I happended on to this site while searching one day and liked it. I decided to sign up and while doing that entered a commonly used "user name". Little did I know (I was new at this posting and threading thing) that I was going to be known as my first name and only part of my last. If I had more "computin'" savy I'd picked something a little more original! Anyway, if you don't already know I'm Jay Stewart.
A Corporate ID number in base 32 minus I, and O letters. A REALLY smart and clever mathematician can figure out what that number is. Then I will have to kill you. The code is based on an object. I tell you what the object is. You know how to convert the object name to the base 32 "numerals". Then you have access to my account without me telling you what the actual account number is. If I add a number to the code word, its a different base. So, coyote24 would be the number formed using the "numerals" of the letters in coyote in base 24. (with the key implicit exceptions). This is the way we keep the Ruskies and the RiceGrinders and the in the dark about what caliber of Winchester we're gonna use on the Somali hostage keepers, etc.
(It was .308 with an 8.5 second deadspace period, synchronized trigger pull.
