Funny story about crabs....at least to me! My older brother came back from Viet Nam smelling nicely of Canoe as I recall....probably soaked in it because he hadn't had time to really get clean. So, he hit the bath tub as soon as he could, and after a few minutes we heard, "MOM! Come here....what are these things??!!!" My mother was and still is pretty hard to rattle, so she looked at his....infestation and said, "Son, you got crabs!"

Did you know that Clorox will kill crabs? Makes for interesting changes to hair color, too! It also took away that nasty canoe smell.

I don't know I thought my post was pretty funny, to me anyway. I do save money though, by not buying Raid, haven't had a good dose of neurotoxins in years. Can't get DDT anymore so I got to wash the sheets. Actually I get quite a kick out of you guys talking about "environmental wackos". Some of the wackiest people I've ever met think pesticides and herbicides are safe to ingest and spray all over the place. Safe as mother's milk. :thumbsup:

The thing with the baby killing conspiracy and DDT is a real classic though. I gotta remember to tell my wacky friends about that one. You heard it on TRactorbynet first!

Glad to hear all is in good fun...wasn't joking about the 55 gallon drum of DDT though...one guy brings them in the barracks, and , well, you know. Could've gotten a $100 per spray on the way back to the mainland...man, there were some mad wives and girlfriends.

So fellas....It looks to me like a few more pages of posts and we will have proven beyond any doubt whatsoever that there is no Global Warming, at least not caused by humans which will also mean all Enviro Whackos will have to find a new way to pass their time.

Yes, scientist have to be trusted - did you ever hear of climategate? Probably not, American news don't like to publish anything against the "holy truth". Global warming gets you grants = money. Why would they cut off the supply of funding? And if the facts are wrong, "scientists" change them. It starts with the bogus hockey graph and goes on and on, because simpletons have to believe in something.

And green behavior? I will tell you whats green behavior. Heating up only one cup of water for one cup of coffee - most people heat up two quarts for one cup, whiskey tango delta? Also it's much easier to protest and sign petitions than inconvenient yourself. Try and find out how long paper diaper stays around before it disintegrates - or female pads, same thing. How many people will use linen diapers??? We did. Do you know that from hormons in waste waters - anticonception - there are sex changes in living organisms? But I bet you a dollar all those green girls pop a pill a day and don't thing twice about it - but will shop for organic milk and shop local and protest in the street against global warming.
