looks good can i live in that shop. having built one similar to that i found that the roller bearing holderoner bars need some side ti side support. the flex in turns at the end of the arena popped the set screws on the pillowblocks. i ended up welding on a chunk of 2 inch angle iron the whole length of the arm .

Thanks for posting this, great job by the way.
I'm getting ready to build my own from the wings off my brothers field cultivator.
What did you use to cut the roller harrow disks'?

Thanks

donais... thanks for the heads up on the roller arms!!!!!

jeff77.... I had my local steel shop plasma torch them out for me, he has a circle cutter jig for his plasma. Works SLICK!!! I went with 1/8" plate at 9" circles.

Thanks for the compliments fellas!!!!:drink:

All DONE!!!! Or I hope;) lol...

All I can say is.... I am tickled pink errr "GREEN" over this build!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to use it now!!

Note the last 2 pics of how I can remove the wings with a simple allen wrench and pull the lock collars and shaft;) That was another "build on the fly" design I came up with.

Thanks again for TBN and some folks for helping me out with the rollers and past pics!!!:drink::drink:

Great, I have one other question.
What size shaft did you use for the roller harrow axle?

Thanks
Jeff
