I make one pass down the center out to the street, turn around and push it back towards the garage. I don't like piles at the end of the drive, as it blocks our view when getting out. So, I then back up to the street, keep the blade straight and push from road to garage and stack it all on the right side. It usually takes about three passes. Keeping it straight reduces the side rows. It takes a few more passes than if I would angle it, but what's a few more minutes of seat time?
I had my oldest girl plowing yesterday for the first time. She had fun. Maybe I'll post a couple pictures of her this weekend. We have a pile about 6' high, 10' wide and 20-30 feet long now. If we get any more I may use the LMB to move it to the back yard.
