Why no camo tractors??

I own this camo Kawasaki Mule; Camo is great for not showing dirt & scratches. Wonder why no tractors are available in camo??

That is a nice machine you have. The reason they don't offer that way is, Probably because tractors typically have a longer life, they will see many users before it bites the dust. Maybe the Mfgr thinking that, 20 years from now, some old codger farmer would want Green, Blue or Orange and not Camo. I think it would be cool if the CUT makers offered that as a option on special orders. I seen ads on TV this week where Ford (Car and trucks) was offering custom decals, etc. for their products to attract more buyers and make the product more personalized. You may be on to something. I agree camo isn't as good looking as solid colors, but it's functional. I'm sure my Mule there has lots of scratches from miles of trail riding, or at least would have with a solid gloss color, yet the flat camo hides them perfectly.

I guess "Form Follows Function" is not holding in the tractor realm.

When I bought my Yamaha Rhino, I didn't want to pay for the camo, big mistake. I later bought a camo Polaris then camo Grizzly 700 EPS and will never buy another solid color.

I can't walk worth a darn, so I have had to start hunting off or near a vehicle, so camo is an added bonus beyond not showing wear and scratches.

I think many people take pride in owning a particular brand of tractor, so camo would really throw that off.

Tractor camo - orange, green, red, blue, yellow - but then we wouldn't know which tractor someone was talking about when they just state the color....

In the past, when a brand name paints a different color scheme, the resale value of those colors drops. Maybe some cases where they become collectors items, but try to get rid of a promotional tractor or ATV that has a particular color scheme. No one wants it.

Didn't you read the OP? Camo to hide scratches, dents, dirt, etc. as opposed to being bothered any time your tractor gets a scratch or dent.
