One Q...
Whats the story with the nee Toplink "Storage" Bracket? Is it a necessary install? I agree with mjncad, I removed my standard bracket as soon as I got my HTL because of clearance issues, and I'm thinking this one would be even worse then the original...

Actually, yes it is required. The new bracket is where the frame for mounting the new hoses, pipes and connectors, is mounted on the tractor. I will get a pic to show that soon and posr.

Nice work on installing the PB kit. I just wish Deere would make the connector sit higher up and away from the top-link. If you put a hydraulic top-link on, you may or may not have the cylinder rub the quick-connects loosening them just enough cut off hydraulic fluid flow. I've had that happen. It would be nice if they gave an extra inch clearance between the connectors as trying to push the retainer ring back with gloves on is a PITA in those tight quarters.

Is that an extension on your hydraulic oil fill tube? I'm going to have to see if it shows up on JD Parts. I sure would like one on mine as the hydraulic kits make getting to the filler cap a PITA.

Oh, yeah, good point on the Hydraulic top link clearance,

I agree. The top drawbar runs right through the pb on my 955. There should be a better way. Nice pics. They are sure to help others.

Thanks 955er!

Thanks, Yep that is an extension tube.

I found the extension tube on JD parts after seeing your pictures. It's about $42 for the tube, and another $20 - $25 for the adapter fitting.

I'm putting it on my wish list after I get further along with a modification I'm working on back there.

Yeah, separately it is a bit expensive, in the kit its buried, in the cost. So i guess the rest of the parts are $250+

Everything is pricier separately; but ~$60 is not a deal breaker, just more than the parts are probably worth.

Nuru - Thanks for the good info. I'm going to pick up a 375 BH & power beyond kit for my 3520 Cab tractor this Saturday; will be working on the PB install next week. I want to flip my tires around to get a little wider stance anyways, looks like this will be perfect time to do it.
