it looks like you disconnect the vac line before dumping. Is this a concern?
If it is not and you just need to dump, a winch setup on the front of the trailer to lift it for dumping would mean just two wires back to your tractor and do it electrically. And if you used the winch like a spool, line wrapped around the drum 6-8 times and each end tied to the dump box, you could get a lifting force or up pull as well as a down pull to return it when empty.
This would work if trailer is not heavy or balanced to return by itself. Then you just need to think of a release for the end gate.
