Would someone be kind enough to tell me HOW you put water/anitfrz in tires? I just bought a Kubota with Left tire full of ?water? and right tire empty. Think I'd better add antifreeze to left and put all new fluid in right......but HOW? Is there an adapter for a hose or a pump gizmo? thanks:confused:

TSC (Tractor Supply) sells a valve you put in the valve stem that allow you to fill the tire..

I just laid the tire down, broke the bead and poured in windshield washer fluid.

The valves to pump it in and out work also.

you will be better off draining that tire that has water in it and starting over. Do a search on my screename and you will see in one of my posts how I did mine with -20 degree windshield washer fluid. As long as it doesnt get that cold where you are you will be fine. any questions dont be afraid to ask. zman

The tire fill adapter is about 10 dollars. from Tractor Supply, I understand NAPA also has them. I used a $6 drill pump from Home Depot. You will need 2 pieces of ordinary garden hose, I had a 15 footer and a short piece 3 foot open on one end and female connector on the other. to stick in your bucket to suck up the fluid, . Jack up the tractor to just barely off the ground, and remove the valve core. let out all the air. You pump in the fluid about 2 gallons at a time, then "burp" the tire, as pressure will build up in the tire as you pump in the fluid, so it has to be "burped" to relieve the pressure.. Good Luck

Guys I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to give me ideas. Here is explaination of my problem....ideas sure would be appreciated.
I am on land with no electricity or well/WATER. My battery drill would not run a drill pump long enough to pump in 20 gal. of antifreeze (or WW fluid) and To FUNNEL 20 GALLONS per tire thru a little hole is un-imageonable. Ideas are flying thru my head but they all seem poor. A pump spray tank like we spray insecticides with hosed to the valve stem? A 2 liter soda bottle SQUEEZED by hand (tiring).....ANYWAY to pressure fill these tires? Even an IV drip bag type arrangement.....hours:mad:
I love this site, there are some really smart guys out there. Thanks

another idea to add to my post.....
a 55 gal barrel to pour liquid into then a rotary barrel PUMP....
Would that "pressurize" the fluid into the tire and expidite this process?

How do you pump up a tire if one goes flat?

If you get a leak you have to either live with it or drain it and fix it. In five years I haven't had a problem with my ag tires getting a hole.

You could put it in like I added my one gal of antifreeze. I took a short piece of garden hose and connected it to the adapter and put a funnel in the other end and poured it in. It takes a while no matter which method you use but just do a gallon here and there till it's done.
