Hi everyone im not sure if im in the right forum but it sounds good i have a bush hog 1840 loader it has 1/4 " hydraulic lines i dont know what the name of the fittings are to order new ones :confused: they have a flare on the male ends about the size of a 1/4" pipe nipple any help would be appreciated

A picture would help the most. It is probably a JIC fitting.

Can't really say without a picture. But it's probably either a JIC fitting or an NPT fitting.

If you can get us a picture that would be great. :thumbsup:

here are a couple pics they are not real clear but i think you should be able to tell i miked the male end and it was .557 not sure if that would be #4 or#6 if it is jic ive seen some that are 37 degree? also is it ok to put t-fittings bullheaded instead of on the run thanks

on my loader the hose goes to a tee one outlet to cylinder other outlet to other side cylinder on this loader all lines are 1/4" hose w/female ends id like to turn tee to avoid hose kinks
