Just about to pull the trigger on a new l4730 hstc-1 total price out the door 33k. The following options:

1) HD TLB bucket TL 1745 with Skid Steer Quick attach
2) Rear work lights
3) 1 set of rear remotes
4) Loaded tires
5) Block heater
6) Power Beyond for Backhoe
7) Woods Sub-Frame for an existing Woods BH9000 hoe that I already own
8) Rear wiper
9) Window defrost
10) Radio

Agreed, the L4740 is a very nice rig, we saved a few bucks when we bought our M8540 by putting an aftermarket radio in as it was pre-wired. I wish we had gotten the rear wiper.

You "might" want to consider another set of rear remotes.

I just call the dealer and asked them to add a second set of remotes. I was a bit upset because I interperted the machine was a late model 10, but has been around for about 14 months. The tractor has only 2 hours so not too concerned, but I am having them change the oil for the oil and filter before delivery.

So the dealer is adding the remotes in the price and as for the price before the frame, I understand the cost of the sub-frame to be around 1300- 1500.

I should take delivery next Tuesday or Weds.

Yeah that is something interesting about tractors I found as well. The year they put on the tractor seems to be the year the dealer sold it to you - rather than like a car.

Regardless - it is a great price and the machine is brand new!

Have you thought about adding a mid PTO? That tractor just begs to have a front mounted snow blower on it.
