good prices on a ck30 or ck 35

Ive just began looking around a bit at compact tractors. so i got a hold of the nearest dealer (which is like 80 miles away) and got some prices for a couple tractors. Im just curious if there in line or high, low, or what ever you guys think??

Kioti has a free loader program going on the CK models. Using the free loader program a CK30 tractor w/ 8 x8 trans. Industrial Tires and Loader will cost you $16000.00. A CK35 w/ the same options will cost you $16800.00. If you want a hydrostatic trans instead add $1100.00 to the prices.

I have no knowledge on prices. I dont have much free time to get out and visit dealers. So im doing alot of research on here.. Im looking to buy it for my 5 acres of woods and hauling fire wood, tinkering and what ever else might come up..

I think industrial tires are like turf tires?? I would want the typical bar tires though not sure the price difference..

Those prices seem fair. Prices also depend on regions of the country. Some areas are higher and some lower. Also remember that a few more dollars to a good dealer who will stand behind you if you need them is worth the extra.

The bar tires you mention are called Ag tires or R1 tires. The industrials are called R4. Ag tires are normally cheaper than Industrial. You might be able to save a few dollars. If you're going to be out in the woods, the Ags probably would be better.

Industrial tires and turf tires are not the same. R4 is industrial, tide like crap, load up and won't clean. Construction use is their purpose.

Bar tires and industrial tires are the same I think. The term bar tire is not used much.

While this is not the original posters question I do want to let him know how the R4 tires have worked for me.
I have R4 tires on my CK35 HST , which I got over 3 years ago. After 340 hours have found they work great for me, through dry, wet and snowy conditions.

Prices seem in line, R-4's are no trouble at all. Not sure where you are but have you checked w/ Schrage Bros. in Mt. Calvery? May be too far.

R4's have a stronger sidewall and I think they are better all around unless you run in mud all the time.

I did get prices from the schrage bros as a matter of fact.. I got better prices from st. lawrence equip thou, and there a little closer.. I want the ag tire because i will be in the mud, well 90 percent of the time i will be in the forest with it. Im gonna check out the bobcat tractors when i get home. The dealership is an hour and a half closer!!! I was talking to another dealer and he recommened i get the DS series since i dont want the hydrostatic. he said it will save me around 15 houndo..

The DS is way more tractor than the CK. If you don't need hydro and you want to maximize bang for the buck, nothing comes close to the DS4110. Remarkable tractor for small money.
