Very, very nice - Edward! (Not nearly as pretty as that new 6430 Premium, though!!)

Looking at the Dealership ID tag; I realized I've been back and forth through that area twice in the past 4 years.

First time I came down was through the Frazier River canyon! Whoa... glad I was light with just an empty trailer! That is ONE, twisty, curvey, winding highway!

Needless to say, I took the "expressway" towards Kamloops the last three times I was traveling through. Much, much easier driving - especially with a heavy load.

Really nice farming country! The area around Abbotsford and Chilliwack - looks like highly productive land.

The fraser valley roads arn't the best either is my street where I mostly do my vegetable transport on!

Out in chilliwack and abbotsford the farms are real nice. All of the fields are mostly lazer leveled. I haven't done that to my field but its flat enough but I dumped my own money to level my rental field and do tile drainage!!

They cut it back. The warranty on the box sides used to be lifetime. If the rest of the spreader was functional, sides would be replaced (parts only) free.

Cut back on the warranty?!? But its already so good. Better than what my JD350 had.

I don't recall the highway number.. but, it's a 4 lane interstate highway with a grass median seperating traffic. Excellent roadway!

It goes all the way up into the mountains and has a fairly large restroom/reststop near the top of the pass and there's a big ski area nearby.

Wow.. you paid for the leveling and the tile drainage?!? Hope you've got a 20-year lease! Or maybe it's a rent-to-own deal.. :thumbsup:

IIRC; you have a close neighbor with dairy cows and that's where/how the "fertilizer" and the manure spreader work out?

He wants to sell it but he is having no success. Price is too high.

I get manure from a turkey farmer. He has his own truck and delivers when ever I need it. I think its a Kenworth T400 T/A with about 300-350 hp.

I think every road I drove in southern BC has a tunnel! With lights! No expresso bars, though... :laughing:

We've been trying to buy some of the land next to us... she's too high as well! But, she's more interested now than ever before - she's got 400 head of ewe's - and hay in No. Calif. is sky high right now!! Feed bills are making her more agreeable.

You'll need that 12 year warranty with turkey manure... way more corrosive than cow or pig manure. But, it's sure available to plants right off the bat! Makes those starts take off runnin'!

They all have lights :laughing:. One time there was a complete stop in a tunnel and a semi hit the back of my Hino. There was this nice straight piece round metal tubing on the back of it. Now its just a bit curved. First picture is what I have, second is what I want, the second one is fully automatic. They also have this sliding one that slides right under the truck and straight up. Its the DOT 2 tape on that tube you can barely see is bent. It is probably bent about 1 1/2 inches in.

Is it really that corrosive? Transplants for the first 10 days nothing happens.
