Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Snow Is Coming!!!

Well, we have had a few late winter/early spring snow events over the years...can't really say I'm looking for a 20" snowfall though.
I think this area may have water problems this year resulting from the lack of snowfall though.

I'm with Roy. I haven't taken the blower off the Ford 4610 yet. Our cows are due to start calving in the next two weeks so it'll be a prime time for big snow dump!

Well, reporting from the foothills of the Rockies here in Colorado:

We've had record-tying weather here for the whole week. Every day above 70 degrees (tied a record for the date on Tues: 74 degrees).

There really hasn't been enough snow here, so yesterday eve I watered trees, bulbs (which are coming up already: tulips, daffodils, crocus, siberian iris, etc.), bushes, and anything else I could think of for about two hours. The trees are already "budding out", so we pretty much know what that means this time of year in Colorado: we'll get a real wet heavy snowstorm and there's going to be a lot of cracked limbs... sometimes kills the whole tree.

I believe March and April are our snowiest months here (on average), so I gotta believe there's more to come. In the meantime, the wife got inspired and planted a lot of starter seeds in little peat pots. :thumbsup:

Well...unfortunately, with the temps going into the upper 70's, I think the snow season is over...

And you still will have grass to cut more likely sooner than later!

Oh for sure! every time i see this thread come up my heart gets beating faster and a smile starts to form on my face ,until it don's on me that it just isn't true. I've got to let it go, winter is over and am just going to have to just play in the MUD :thumbsup:

.............and here in southwestern PA we've had 5 straight days of 70 and above.:thumbsup: Took the plow and chains off Friday.
