Yes I did... Buried coax with it. Worked very good.
basically I took two 8" x 6" plates of steel (1/4 plate), welded the 8" edges together to form a V with the wide end of the V about 4" apart, then welded bracing in to the open end of the V.
Then on what would be the top of the V closer to the point I welded two 3/4" nuts per side. (I did this with them on 3/4" all thread so the threads would line up).
I then took a piece of scrap 3" x 3" 1/4" angle and drilled two holes in it.
To use it you basically slide it over a tooth on the back hoe and tighten the nuts clamping the V under the bucket and the angle in the bucket.
I straddled the wire with the tractor and dragged a ditch about 100', while the wife simply put the wire in the ditch (which ended up about 5 or 6" deep) and pushed the dirt back covering it.
