True Mike. AGCO is a large company, and has excellent parts availability and dealer networks. Some parts are common amongst the series, and even between some series.

Why say it, all things being equal what parts aren't expensive?

Congrats on your new tractor, looks like it will put in an honest days work for you.

I said it because that has been our experience with "made in Italy" and shared experience(good or bad) is what this forum is about.
And no,Kioti parts have been ridiculously reasonable for me...Mike.

Fortunately, I didn't had a need for Kioti parts, except for a clutch I bought for labor-free installation while the tractor was split to replace the shuttle fork. The price was certainly reasonable.

Landini, some NH, Farmall's and McCormicks, etc are made in Italy. It really doesn't matter where the machine is made - just the effort put into design and quality control.

I was made in Italy...well at least the Bronx section......:D

You're right, that is what this site is about, and timing is everything. When someone is seeking knowledge before a purchase, share all you can and it is widely appreciated. Sharing something negative after a purchase, if worded correctly, can also be well received. "Glad to see her go", while I'm sure it wasn't your intent to leave a negative impression, not so much.

Lighten up! Northcreek 2624 was expressing his opinion about a tractor he had, its disposition and his thoughts on parts costs of Italian made tractors.
So what. If you disagree with the statement validity then say so, otherwise we're all entitled to our opinions, negative or positive.

To the OP, looks like an awesome tractor- good luck with it and get yourself some high quality speakers from a place like Crutchfield. I replaced all the speakers on my boat- it too had crap speakers in it from the factory; I added an Alpine deck with a 4-some of Sony speakers and a 10" marine grade woofer. Huge difference!

Thanks! CM...in no way was I trying to rain on Dep's parade and I probably should have stated that to start.Who wouldn't want to own that beast?
Watching my son & partner try to scrape a profit out of their motocross track and get wacked by the Same dealer over and over again has made me a little edgy I guess.
I'm glad Dep took no offense and enjoyed the Bronx comment,lol...Mike.

I love the Sisu turbo diesel. It sips fuel, and you can't deny the lovely whine.

I'd be interested to hear if you have the same thoughts about the turbo if you actually use the tractor under constant heavy load for long periods of time.

Actually, I have about 3 hours under my belt mowing with a 9' New Idea disc mower. We were putting in haylage. It wasn't that bad. It beats the 1086 open station. However, I have to say that the the stereo isn't quite loud enough.....:)

It's cool Northcreek. I know you didn't mean anything discouraging by your comments. There are problem children among all the brands of tractors, and always will be. Name a brand and someone will produce an example of a lemon. Some get worked out - some don't. That's all.

I appreciate the comments. It is a beast, and after I get a few issues squared away, I'll give me years of work.
