Last week, someone here told that there is no Tecostar group. Phil, SFI, what is your source? Fimaks? I can give much better price. Well, I plan to import from China, much much better price.

Lou, there are drum mowers (5 ft) for less than $1000 too. This drum mower above which is for $1500 is for 1 pcs.
Order 7 or more drum mowers, the price will be $1200. Shipping cost of 7 mowers is around $1000 total. So, 7x1200 + 1000 = $9400. I guess you'll be paying around $400 for your custom cost there and this means, total $9800 for 7 drum mowers, which means 9800/7 = $1400 at nearest seaport there, Houston seaport? I guess custom tax is less than 5% and land transportation from Houston port to your location for 7 pcs will not cost more than 5%. So, the cost of 1 drum mower at your door can be as minimum as $1500. I can organize all shipment process from door here to door there. All you'll do is to process the custom paperworks there by hiring a temporary custom agent (for $150-300) who'll process all paperworks I'll send in English. Recommended payment method in international business is L/C (letter of credit) when it is more than $5-7,000.

I recommend people everywhere including locals here to buy things from international market when there is good price gap. Most of people hesitate international business, but, it is not as difficult as they think and sometimes even safer than local purchase, if you know a little some import basics, such as letter of credits, using purchase and inspection agents, etc.

Importers maybe angry at my this post now, but, they should think that I am attracting more people to global bazaar by such a post so that you can increase number of your customers. That is very interesting nomad,, I don't know alot about international business,, but it can't be that hard to learn.. for as the port of entry,, I would use Freeport, Texas,, that is only ten miles from my house here in Lake Jackson,, and one mile from my son house,, thanks for the information.. I will see if I can find a couple of friends that would like to have a couple of drum cutters each.. we can go together..It look likes I can get three for what I was going to pay for one.. Lou

I don't know Ken,, still reading about imports,, I may open up a business selling imports,, still reading the laws and see what needs to be done to import goods from another country.. what I see so far is import taxes and shipping.... Lou
