Buying Advice what to buy

Agrison are advertising very heavily here in Australia with a 60hp tractor with 4 in 1 bucket and Aircond cab for roughly $ 30k ?? It sounds a great deal but can anybody out there tell me if they are any good ???

A low price is expensive if the machine is a dud!
Thanks guys.. Hope to hear from you soon!!

On 32 acres in nsw central west and looking to buy 30 - 35 hp tractor for slashing and driveway maintenance. The price of some of the chinese machines makes them very attractive - I've been looking at an Agrison 30 hp and a dong feng zb 35. Anyone out there got any tales to tell?

Yeah, something other than a 30-35 hp Chinese tractor. :D

And that statement is from someone that has quantifiable experience?:laughing::laughing::thumbdown:

Nope, never had a Chinese tractor and don't want one. Even if I did want one, there are NO dealers anywhere close to me.

And, my comment was tongue-in-cheek. Note the smiley face. ;)

Then you are speaking solely from an unqualified, biased, and prejudiced point of view.
If I were the OP, I'd just blow off your comments, smiley face or not.

Have a nice day.

I digress.

And the original question was asked 5 or 6 months a go

agrison service and tractors are one of the best in the chinese tractor range here in Australia. I have owned the 50hp with fel and slasher for quite some time now, and have very high hours with minimal problems thats what you call value for money. I have seen the 60hp and it looks identical to my 50hp. Answer to your question: YES they are good value for money, and that is coming from a current owner who has really put his tractor to the test. Hope that helps.

Chinese tractors have come a long way, especially here in Australia. And having a local dealer is not as important as it used to be 30 years ago. Technology has come a long way, paarts can be ordered online and express posted to your door. Just gotta know your machine and its limitations, and have it serviced and looked after regularly.

I believe there are good and bad reviews on EVERY brand ...the internet is a great resource to have.
I could list a whole heap of bad reviews on samsung, apple, foton, john deere you name it.
But the truth of the matter is, there are good and bad reviews on every brand in the world.
